Call for Yorkshire to follow Scots path to power

The Yorkshire Post mentions our report Labour and localism and quotes Hilary Benn MP from the report,  saying that there is “unfinished business” following devolution to Scotland and Wales under the last Labour government and calling for a “New English deal”.
